Monday evening Yoga for Strength 7-8:15 pm (online)

Dates: April 11,25, May 2,9,16,30 June 6,13,20 (please note holidays for easter monday and may long weekend)  Cost: 9 classes $141.75

Tuesday morning Yoga 9:30-10:45 am (online)Dates: April 12,19,26 May 3,10,17,24,31 June 7      Cost: 9 classes $141.75

Tuesday pm women's only bootcamp (outside)

Dates: April 12,19,26 May 3,10,17,24,31 June 7    Cost: 9 classes  $135

 

 

 

 

Please note: because of schedule changes and Wednesday yoga is not currently offered for spring, current Wednesday folks are welcome for this term to attend either a Monday pm OR a Tuesday am live or pre-recorded.

Currently, Rhonda is offering yoga classes (online) and individual sessions (online or in person). "Women's Only Bootcamp" is coming up as of the beginning of March.
